Controller and privacy contact
The person responsible for decisions about data handled through this website is Dr. Richard Lemos, CREFITO-2 422747-F. Privacy requests may be sent to dr.richardlemos@gmail.com.
Data and purposes
To deliver and protect the website, the hosting infrastructure may process necessary technical data such as IP address, date, time, page accessed, browser and security logs. The website has no clinical form. If you choose to contact the professional through WhatsApp or email, the information you provide is used to answer, arrange the appointment and meet applicable professional and legal duties.
Do not send an identification document, hotel room number or detailed health information in the first message. Health data should only be shared when necessary for care and through the channel indicated by the professional.
Legal grounds
Depending on the operation, processing may rely on steps requested before a service agreement, performance of the requested care, legal or regulatory duties, exercise of rights, protection of health and a legitimate interest compatible with delivering and securing the website. Optional Google Ads measurement relies on consent and may be refused or withdrawn.
Advertising measurement
Google Ads loads only after “Accept measurement” is selected. When accepted, Google may receive technical data and advertising identifiers to attribute contact clicks to a campaign. The website does not send Google the message text, diagnosis, service selection, URL parameters or clinical information. Ads personalization, Google signals, enhanced conversions and analytics measurement remain disabled.
The choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed at any time through “Advertising privacy”. Refusing does not restrict access to the website or care.
Sharing and external services
Technical data may be processed by Vercel, the hosting provider. If measurement is accepted, Google processes advertising measurement data. WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, Google Business and Instagram receive data only when you open the relevant link or start contact, under each provider’s own policy. Personal data is not sold.
Retention and security
Technical records are retained by providers according to their operational and security periods. Appointment or care data is kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable professional, legal and regulatory periods. Reasonable minimisation, restricted access and security measures are used.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Brazilian law, you may request confirmation and access, correction, sharing information, anonymisation, blocking or deletion when applicable, portability under regulation, review of automated decisions, withdrawal of consent and information about the consequences of refusing consent. Some requests may be limited by legal, regulatory or permitted retention duties.
For official guidance in Portuguese, visit the Brazilian Data Protection Authority’s data subject page.
